These terms govern bookings and use of escapetech.rocks, operated by Escape Tech Enterprises, Inc.

Bookings

Bookings are reserved for the date, time, and party size selected at checkout. Participants must complete our waiver before playing. Please arrive 15 minutes early; late arrivals may shorten the game time.

SMS / Text Messaging Program

By opting in at booking, you agree to receive recurring booking-related text messages from Escape Tech (booking confirmations, booking reminders, and customer-care replies to your questions). Message frequency varies based on your bookings and conversations. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Reply HELP for assistance (or call (971) 433-2120 / email escapetech@escapetech.rocks); reply STOP at any time to cancel and receive no further messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our privacy practices, including for mobile data, are described in our Privacy Policy.
