How to Add/Remove People:
Self-Service Option (Account Required):
- IMPORTANT: You must create an account during the booking process to access self-service management
- Your confirmation email will include a "Manage Your Booking" link
- Log in to make changes to participant count
- Save changes and receive an updated confirmation
No Account? Still Easy:
- Call us directly at (503) 991-5760
- Email us with your booking confirmation number
- Adjust your group size when you arrive
- We'll make the changes for you
Adding People:
- If you booked for fewer than the room's maximum capacity, you can add people
- Most rooms accommodate up to 7 people, with Escape Extinction and Krocbuster supporting up to 8
- If you booked for 5 or fewer people at the base rate of $160, additional people are $32 per person up to the room maximum
- You can pay for additional people when you arrive (up to the room's maximum capacity)
Removing People:
- If you booked for more than 5 people and fewer than 5 can attend, you still need to pay for at least 5 people (the $160 base rate)
- However, you can receive a refund for any people over 5 who cannot attend
- Example: If you booked for 6 people ($192 total) but only 4 arrive, you pay the $160 base rate and can be refunded $32
