How to Modify Your Booking:

Self-Service Option (Account Required):

  • IMPORTANT: You must create an account during the booking process to access self-service management
  • Your confirmation email will include a "Manage Your Booking" link
  • Log in to make changes to date, time, or participant count
  • Save changes and receive an updated confirmation

No Account? No Problem:

  • Call us directly at (503) 991-5760
  • Email us with your booking confirmation number
  • We'll make the changes for you
  • Same flexibility, just with our assistance

What You Can Change:

  • Number of participants (within room capacity limits)
  • Date and time (subject to availability)
  • Contact information
  • Special requests or notes

Important Notes:

  • Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your booking
  • Adding people doesn't change the price (private room pricing)
  • Removing people doesn't affect the room rate
  • Maximum capacity varies by room (typically 7-8 people)

Last-Minute Changes:

  • For changes within 48 hours, please call us directly
  • Day-of additions may be possible if under capacity
  • We'll do our best to accommodate reasonable requests
